I placed my order on 4/1 for 200 candles and they came in on 5/16. I tested the candles and none of them burned properly. The candles would tunnel. When I told them of this issue, they told me that the wicks were replaceable, and they would send me candle wicks so that I could replace them! What did I pay you for??? They finally reshipped the order and the candles came in mid-July. I ordered candles with black wax and they all have white wax. They burn better than the candles that would tunnel, but they still burn a little better. Because of all of this, I have been waiting over 3 months to have candles available for my customers. However, I am still being charged full price. This vendor did resend the order, which I think is the minimum expectation. But charging me full price for poor service, communication, and defective candles is unfair.
